Why would anyone open a salon, spa or medspa if it can’t make money? --

especially when they’re notorious for operating at low single digit pro ts or

losing money and plagued by sta walkouts. There is no secret to making

money in an employee-based salon/spa business. In fact, making money

is a collection of systems that are backed up by discipline. Here are my six

strategies to making money in an employee-based salon/spa:
