I truly enjoyed reading your publications focus last month in regards to booth rental or commission. As a salon owner in Santa Cruz who does both commission and chair rental, I appreciated seeing how you addressed to stylists how to know when they are ready to go chair rental, and to renters their responsibility in recruiting their own clientele. Bravo!
