April 2009
“Bringing exciting new products as well as education to all beauty professionals,” exclaimed Timothy Martin, “is the main goal of the California Cosmetology Association in bringing the Beauty Fusion Beauty Show to the Pasadena Conference Center.”
Mark your calendars for Sunday April 19 to attend this show intended for students and professionals throughout California.
“We have a full arsenal of top beauty leaders and celebrity beauty makers,” Martin added, “that will bring their own special talents to share with California’s beauty community. We know this will inspire, rejuvenate and help beauty professionals be more successful in their careers, not to mention make more money.”
This year there are plans to reinstate cash prizes for professional and student competitions in California, something that has been missing for a long time. Competitions are designed for first time competitors, students and experienced veterans.
The competitions are: “Evening Elegance” predone; “Full Fashion Total Look”, male and female two phase haircutting; “Bridal Beauty” bridal look on a mannequin for students only; and “Elite Barber” competition sponsored by Johnny B Haircare with a cash award and a media blitz of exposure for the winner.
As an added incentive for beauty professionals there’s a two for one on site entrance with V.I.P privileges throughout the show, a great way to spend a day of education with fellow coworkers and school mates. Remember knowledge is power. This is the way to make a difference in your career.
